Level : 20
Gender : Male
Faction : Alliance
Race : Worgen
Class : Rogue
Spec 1 : Combat

What's your first name? Guy/Girl? How old are you? Where are you from?:
Charles Man 45 Texas

Tell us about yourself. Go.:
Continueing my application process from previous website to become a full member. Played as Winterbreeze but created all new here. Stop playing alliance for a bit becuase got bored of same old quest and played Horde untill account expired. Waited till exspansion to come back.

What are the names of Ner'zhul characters we can contact you on?:
Itchyßutt

What are your goals in the game?:
To lvl my toon and be able to support those needed to be supported during gameplay as well as help those that need assistance if need be.

What about Team Sport interests you the most?:
Played with yall before never realy left just got bored with play. Like the people in here got a few friends and find the guild a place to gather to achieve goals and work together to finish what was started.

What's your basic play schedule? How often would we see you around Azeroth?:
When ever I am not fighting with wife I tend to play early in the morning and late in the afternoon.

If something goes horribly wrong in a Battleground or Raid, how do you react?:
Thinks happen would reflect on thinks I did but place no blame on any one pertectculer because all in raid are responcible for what happens.

Have you ever seen a Monty Python movie? If so, what did you think?:
lol

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?:
The ability to bring peace of mind.

--------------------------------------------------------

Team Sport isn't what most would define a "raiding guild". This is not to say that raiding does not occur. A majority of our members have a strong desire to raid end-game content while still fresh but not prioritize raiding over real life.

Membership in Team Sport does not automatically qualify you for the scheduled Team Sport raids that DO occur.

The only simple way for me to put this is: EVERY RUN IS A TRYOUT.

The raids that occur are taken seriously. Showing up late, unprepared, or with a lack of desire to give 100% for the raid's duration will not be tolerated. Calendar invites are to be updated regularly whenever a conflict arises.

DO NOT ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS unless you plan to apply for a raiding spot after your Team Sport application process is finished. While I do believe in brevity, you should be as specific as possible in the details for the following answers.

What can you bring to the raiding aspect of Team Sport?:
The knowhow of working together to complete raids and some knowledge of the toons I play for those seeking better raiding abilities.

Discuss your raiding experience. Only content that was current at the time should be listed. (Molten Core at level 80 is not something we're impressed by):
Raided through all the previous gameplay since WoW came out and raided when I was with Teamsport as a support tank on my druid.

Discuss your Talent choices, enchants, and gems. Why did you take that route?:
Because of the new exspansion have not realy decided yet what I am seeking but with a roughe I would go with gems and such that support agility and haste.

Discuss how you prepare for a new encounter.:
ussualy read up on it before trying it and seek info from those that have done so before.

****The following questions are hypothetical****

You are a developer on Blizzard's raid creation team and are tasked with coming up with a new boss. Name and lore are not important at this point. What mechanics would your boss encounter use and why?:
No idea at the moment but would concentrate more on what percentage of class related players are in the rate which would change the way the boss reacts and which defences and offensive moves the boss will use.

We have reached maximum raid size. The invites went extremely well and more than 10 people have signed up. The captains have tasked you with determining out who to take/bench. Explain what qualifications you would use to judge who participates.:
Knowing everyone seeks gear the 1st 90% would be those that would most like be geared enough to finish raid while the last 10% would be those that would need gear most. which give a chance to help everyone in the process.

You've finally been made a member of Team Sport! Unfortunately, (as stated in the last question) Team Sport has reached out maximum raid team size. What do you do?:
Based on the information on last question I would first check to see what that dungeon gear droped and if I truely needed it. if not then am I geared enough to be in the 90% so all the drops could gear the 10% that does.

You're a raider now! Unfortunately the raid has gone through a particularly tough night of wipes on content we thought was on farm. The raid is irritable and ready to quit much earlier than usual. What should be done?:
Agree to take a break knowing that no one is at their top play now and agree to continue at a later date, if not everyone can be there then accepting the fact that someone will take your place to complete the raid without arguing the fact.
